Been running kebab shops for 15 years and this is the best machine I've used. Heat distribution is spot on and having the spare motor included saved me when mine went during a Saturday rush. The free slicer is a bonus.

My gas fitter was impressed with the build quality and AGA certification. Easy install, no issues. Burners heat up fast and the ceramic gives really even cooking. Highly recommend.
